Upon arriving at Premier Collection, I was immediately drawn to the charming French decor and warm ambiance of the hotel. While the lack of a lift to the 5th floor was a bit inconvenient, the friendly staff more than made up for it with their delightful demeanor.My family and I were pleasantly surprised by the family-friendly amenities offered at the hotel. From the spacious rooms to the delicious breakfast spread, every detail was thoughtfully designed to cater to guests of all ages. The staff went out of their way to ensure that we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.One highlight of our visit was exploring Strasbourg by bike, a truly unforgettable experience made possible by the hotel's convenient location and helpful staff who provided us with insider tips on the best bike paths to take.our stay at Premier Collection was a memorable one, thanks to the welcoming atmosphere, family-friendly amenities, and excellent service.
